In the event that any lessons were canceled on behalf of the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center due to events or circumstances that were beyond our control (i.e., contamination, lighting) you will be issued an account credit that can be used towards future bookings. The payment is to reserve the time slot for the number of lessons purchased. There are no guarantees that the time slot you purchase will be open for future months that have not been paid for.Ĭancellation of private lessons must be made 12 hours in advance. In the case of a last-minute cancellation due to illness, a doctor’s note will be needed to obtain credit for the missed class. Private lessons may be purchased one month at a time. We recommend and encourage group lessons. The Rose Bowl Aquatic Center believes that children and adults generally learn better in groups.
